■ 1. 配送業者（Shipping Carriers）
国内配送は以下のいずれかの配送業者にてお届けいたします。
• ヤマト運輸
• 日本郵便
• 佐川急便
海外配送は以下のいずれかの国際配送サービスを利用いたします。
• EMS（Japan Post）
• FedEx
• DHL
Domestic shipments are handled by Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or Sagawa Express.
International shipments are handled by EMS (Japan Post), FedEx, or DHL.

■ 2. 配送地域（Shipping Destinations）
日本国内および世界各国への配送に対応しております。
ただし、一部地域・国によっては配送をお受けできない場合がございます。
We ship both domestically within Japan and internationally to many countries.
Certain destinations may be restricted due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

■ 3. 配送料（Shipping Fees）
日本国内：全国一律 ¥1,100 (税込）
海外配送：一律 ¥20,000
Shipping Fees:
Domestic (within Japan): Flat rate ¥1,100(in tax)
International: Flat rate ¥20,000
※海外発送の場合、関税・輸入税・付加価値税（VAT）は別途お客様のご負担となります。
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for international shipments are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

■ 4. 商品の発送時期（Dispatch Timing）
ご注文およびお支払いの確認後、通常3〜7営業日以内に発送いたします。
ただし、在庫確認・検品・梱包の状況により、発送までにお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
時計のオーバーホール、ジュエリーのサイズ直し、アイウェアの加工等で別途期間をいただくことがございます。
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on stock availability and inspection.

■ 5. お届けまでの目安（Estimated Delivery Time）
• 国内配送：発送日から1〜3営業日程度
• 海外配送：発送日から5〜14営業日程度（通関手続きにより変動あり）
Domestic delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipment.
International delivery generally takes 5–14 business days, depending on customs processing.

■ 6. 配送遅延について（Delays and Exceptions）
天候・自然災害・交通事情・通関検査・国際情勢等により、配送が遅延する場合がございます。
これらの事由による納期遅延について、当ストアは責任を負いかねます。
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The store is not liable for such delays.

■ 7. 関税・輸入税（Customs Duties and Taxes）
海外配送の場合、関税・輸入税・付加価値税（VAT）はお客様のご負担となります。
これらの費用は受取国の税関により算出され、配送業者より直接請求されることがあります。
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges may be collected by the local customs office or shipping carrier upon delivery.

■ 8. ギフト包装・指定配送（Gift Wrapping & Delivery Requests）
ギフト包装および日時指定配送は、国内配送に限り可能な場合がございます。
ご希望の際は、ご注文時の備考欄にてお知らせください。
Gift wrapping and scheduled delivery may be available for domestic orders only.
Please indicate your request in the notes section during checkout.

■ 9. 配送先住所の誤入力（Incorrect Address）
お客様による配送先住所の誤入力により商品が返送された場合、再発送時の送料はお客様のご負担となります。
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer and the package is returned, re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

■ 10. 紛失・破損・盗難（Loss, Damage, or Theft）
配送中の紛失・破損・盗難については、配送業者の補償規定に基づいて対応いたします。
補償対象外の場合、当ストアは責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
In the event of loss, damage, or theft during transit, compensation will be handled according to the carrier’s policy.
The store shall not be liable if the incident falls outside the carrier’s coverage.

■ 11. 複数商品の同時購入（Combined Orders）
複数の商品をご購入いただいた場合、すべての商品が揃い次第の一括発送となる場合がございます。
分納をご希望の際は、別途ご相談ください。
If multiple items are ordered together, they may be shipped in one parcel once all are available.
Please contact us in advance if you require separate shipments.

◼️ 12. 注意事項 / Notes
海外配送の際、クロコダイル、リザード、パイソンなど、CITES（ワシントン条約）に抵触する恐れのある素材を使用した時計ベルトは、取り外して発送いたします。
Belts made of crocodile, lizard, python, or other materials that may fall under CITES (the Washington Convention) will be removed prior to shipping.
インボイスに虚偽の記載は一切いたしかねますので、ご了承ください。
Please note that we cannot make any false declarations on invoices.
送料は配送先の国や地域、商品の重量によって異なります。
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country/region and the weight of the item.
海外発送可能な上限金額は499万円までとなります。500万円以上の商品は店舗にて直接のお引渡しとなります。なお、1000万円以上の商品につきましては、お客様の地域で直接お渡しできる場合もございますので、別途ご相談ください。
We can ship items overseas up to a maximum value of JPY 4,990,000. For items valued at JPY 5,000,000 or more, hand delivery at our store will be required. For items over JPY 10,000,000, in-person delivery to your region may be possible—please contact us for consultation.
・ご入金確認後、3営業日以内に発送いたします。（ただし、オーバーホール後にお渡し予定の時計は除きます。）
Items will be shipped within three business days after payment is confirmed (excluding watches scheduled for delivery after overhaul service).
